Stop Guessing. Start Measuring.
A testing-driven nutrition program for high performers, from competitive athletes to the 30-year-old training for their first marathon, built on gut microbiome analysis, genetic testing, clinical labs, and body composition data, not guesswork.
Most nutrition advice is written for the average person.
You have a specific goal and it deserves a specific plan, with your specific biology in mind.
Generic macro targets. Recycled meal plans. Supplement recommendations based on nothing but a questionnaire.
Whether you're chasing a PR or training for your first real event, that approach leaves results on the table. Two people working toward the same goal can respond to identical training and diet completely differently. The difference sits in your gut microbiome, your genetics, your lab markers, and your body composition.
Those things are measurable, and make a world of difference in your success.
What the Program Includes
Gut Microbiome Testing
A full analysis of your gut bacteria, diversity, and how they affect digestion, inflammation, and recovery.
Genetic Testing
Nutrigenomic analysis to identify how your body processes nutrients, and what's actually actionable.
Clinical Lab Panel
Blood work covering the biomarkers that matter for energy, recovery, and metabolic health.
DEXA / InBody Body Composition
Precise measurement of lean mass, fat mass, and change over time.
Cronometer Nutrition Tracking
Ongoing intake tracking so recommendations are based on what you actually eat.
A Clear Three-Phase Process
Baseline
Complete testing across microbiome, genetics, labs, and body composition. We establish where you actually stand, not where you think you stand.
Intervention
A nutrition protocol built specifically from your results and tied to your performance goal. Ongoing tracking and one-on-one coaching with Dr. Keller.
Retest
We measure again. Improvements are shown in data, not in how you feel about the process.
Two Options. One Program.
Option A
12 WEEKSFull baseline testing, personalized protocol, coaching, and a follow-up retest. Best for high performers with a specific event or a defined short-term performance target.
Option B
6 MONTHSEverything in the 12-week program, with extended coaching, mid-point testing, and protocol adjustment as your training block progresses. Best for high performers pursuing a season-long or structural change in performance and body composition.
Results, in Numbers
Active client, multi-day mountaineering objective
He trained regularly with a personal trainer, plus recreational cycling and running. He wasn't underweight or malnourished, but his fueling didn't match his training output. Inconsistent protein, poor workout timing, no strategy for hard days versus rest days.
We built a baseline eating pattern he could actually sustain. Smoothies and easy proteins for consistency. Homemade dinners he could batch and reheat. A simple framework for adjusting food and carbs up on hard training days, down on easier ones.
As his trip approached, we added a carb-loading protocol for the days before, an hourly fueling strategy for the climb itself, and a targeted supplement protocol.
Tracking was inconsistent throughout the program. Missed logging, repeated easy meals, life events that pushed sessions back. The plan flexed around it instead of demanding perfect adherence, leaning on general principles like relying on soups, broths, and smoothies during rough patches.
He reported improved energy and reduced fatigue during training, hit new personal records in key lifts, and completed his mountaineering objective without the lagging or soreness he'd previously experienced.
Outcomes above are self-reported by the client, including training performance, energy, and recovery. No formal body composition or lab retesting is referenced in this account.
