About Rosa Keller
She is a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Scientist with a strong background in clinical practice, research, and education.
She earned PhD in Nutrition Science from Oregon State University, where Rosa studied how dietary compounds influence exercise performance and cardiovascular health. During this time, Rosa taught nutrition and fitness-related courses and developed expertise in translating scientific research into practical applications.
She completed clinical dietetic training at UC San Francisco, working with both adult and pediatric populations with diverse health needs.
Her work bridges science, clinical nutrition, teaching, and real-world application. She also bring experience as an athlete and chef, allowing her to create nutrition strategies that are both evidence-based and practical.
Her philosophy is simple:
